Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Each item is checked and packed carefully before it is handed to the courier.

Delivery Time

Major cities including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad: 2 to 5 business days.

Other areas across Pakistan: 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs.250 applies to all orders within Pakistan.

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs.5,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we send you the courier tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, public holidays, or courier backlogs. If your order is running late, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
